MPFI system generally means Multi Point Fuel Injection System. It is the type of fuel supply system used in automobiles. It is the term related to Petrol Engines. In old times we used carburettor for supply air and fuel mixture in Engine Cylinder. But Now a days it is being replaced  by MPFI in four wheeler  of petrol engines.In future it may also come in two wheelers in which we are still using carburetor. In MPFI, fuel is injected by Multi Hole Nozzle. Thats why it is called Multi Point Fuel Injection system. This improves the efficiency of engine and also accuracy of air-fuel mixture is also achieved.

In this type of Engines, Carburetor is replaced by Nozzles and whole system is controlled Electronically Controlled
