Title:- Opening of air filter, cleaning and replacement. 

(प्रैक्टिकल :-एयर फ़िल्टर का खोलना, साफ करना और बदलना )

Material and Equipment:- Screw Driver, Plier, 10mm T-spanner, Cleaning Cloth

(उपकरण एवं सामग्री :- स्क्रू ड्राइवर, प्लायर, 10 mm टी स्पैनर, क्लीनिंग कपड़ा)

Procedure:-1.  At first park the vehicle on level ground.

विधि :- 1. सबसे पहले वाहन को समतल पर खड़ा करें। 

2. Then Open the bonnet and hold it with lever.

2. अब बोनट को खोलें और इसे लीवर से अटकाएं। 

3.Now find air filter box and see its assembly method whether it is clip fixed or screw tightened.

3. अब एयर फ़िल्टर को ढूंढें और इसका असेंबली का तरीका देखें कि यह क्लिप द्वारा फिक्स है या स्क्रू द्वारा कसा हुआ है।

4. If it is clip fixed, loose clips and if it is screw tightened then loosen the screw.

4. यदि यह क्लिप फिक्स्ड है, क्लिप को ढीला करें और यदि यह स्क्रू द्वारा कसी हुई स्क्रू को ढीला करें। 

5. Now watch the condition of air filter and if it is so much dirty then replace it but if it seems to light dirty then clean it with low air pressure.

5. अब एयर फिल्टर की स्थिति को देखें और यदि यह काफी गंदा है इसे बदल दें और यदि यह हल्का गंदा दिखाई दे तो इसे कम हवा के प्रेशर से साफ़ करें।

6. In case of replacement check the size and shape of new air filter. It must be same with old one.

6. बदलने के मामले में नए एयर  फ़िल्टर के आकार और आकृति की जांच करें। यह पूरी तरह से पुराने फ़िल्टर के समान हो। 

7. Now clean filter housing with cloth and place air filter. Then fix upper cover of air filter.

7. अब एयर फ़िल्टर हाउज़िंग को कपड़े के साथ साफ करें और एयर फ़िल्टर को रखें। फिर एयर फ़िल्टर का ऊपर का कवर लगाएं। 

8. Tighten the screws by the help of  screw driver with torque of one hand only. 

8. स्क्रू को स्क्रू ड्राइवर की सहायता से एक हाथ के टॉर्क से कसें। 

9. Now fix the assembly with engine if any locks are there.

9. अब यदि असेंबली में कोई लॉक दिए हो तो लॉक की सहायता से असेम्बली को इंजन पर फिक्स करें। 

10. Now place the accelarator wire above the air filter assembly if it is placed above it.

10. अब यदि एक्सलेरेटर की तार एयर फ़िल्टर असेंबली के ऊपर फिट की जानी हो तो उसे लगा दें। 

11. Start the engine and take test drive.

11. अब इंजन को चालू करें और टेस्ट ड्राइव लें। 

12. It should be working  fine. 

12. यह अच्छी तरह से कार्य करना चाहिए। 

Precautions:- सावधानियाँ 

1. Do  not clean air filter with high pressure.

1. एयर फ़िल्टर को उच्च दबाव के साथ साफ न करें। 

2. If air filter is so dirty then replace it immediately.

2.  यदि एयर फ़िल्टर  काफी गंदा है तो इसे तुरंत बदल दें। 

3. Tighten screw in plastic housing with torque of one hand only.

3. प्लास्टिक हाउज़िंग में स्क्रू को  केवल एक हाथ के जोर द्वारा कसें।
